En cours depuis octobre 2020, ce processus de création s'est concentré sur la transmission et l'évolution de la technique de l'Art Synchro Contemporain (CsA) développée par Maria depuis 2011 en Grèce, en Europe et au Canada. Période de formation - les répétitions mèneront à une courte performance qui sera présentée au Complexe Sportif de Ville St-Laurent.
Date d'audition : vendredi 22 mars 2024, de 13h30 à 15h30 au Complexe Sportif, St-Laurent.
Quoi apporter : maillot de bain, lunettes, pince-nez (si vous en avez un), tongs.
À quoi s'attendre : Être mouillé et mis au défi. Il y aura un (court) échauffement spécifique sur la terrasse de la piscine, un échauffement dans l'eau, un court test de natation, une chorégraphie et de l'improvisation.
Profil:
Doit avoir une expérience compétente en natation
Solides compétences en improvisation ;
Travail d'équipe, ouverture d'esprit, adaptabilité;
Intérêt prononcé pour le travail sous l’eau ;
Période:
Période de création à Montréal d'avril 2024 à août 2024, à temps partiel (environ 6 heures par semaine). Horaires et dates à confirmer.

Seeking 4 interpreters: artistic swimmers, dance and circus artists, or other movement practitioners; all of whom will be very welcome to join Maria’s choreographic universe of tesserA.
tesserA is a contemporary dance piece at the crossroads between contemporary dance and artistic swimming. It is an aquatic quartet for dancers in a swimming pool.
Since October 2020, this creation process has focused on transmitting and evolving the Contemporary Synchro Art (CsA) technique developed by Maria in 2011 in Greece, Europe, and Canada. Training period - rehearsals will lead to a short performance to be presented at Complex Sportif at Ville St.Laurent.
Audition date: Friday 22nd March 2024, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at Complex Sportif, St.Laurent.
What to bring: swimming suit, goggles, nose clip(if you have one), flip flops.
What to expect: Getting wet and challenged. There will be a specific (short) warm-up on the pool deck, a warm-up in the water, a short swimming test, choreography, and improvisation.
Profile:
Must have proficient swimming experience
Strong improvisation skills;
Teamwork, openness, adaptability;
Pronounced interest in working underwater;
Period:
Creation period in Montreal from April 2024 to August 2024, part-time (approximately 6 hours a week). Hours and dates to be confirmed.

Coming in 2023
Development of EauMotion project with support from CALQ (Counseil des arts and des lettres du Quebec), CAC (The Canada counsil for the arts) and the city of St. Laurent for pool hosting.
Project continued titled "tesserA", creation from 28th of February to May 6th.
